Ambitious ideas,

brought to life.

The operations and delivery partner for arts, culture and live events.

We bring ambitious ideas to life. From strategic planning to on-the-ground delivery, we design and run the operations that turn creative visions into real life.

Bringing festival-scale expertise to the organisations that need it most, without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Our mission? To work with independent, purpose-led organisations and give their ideas the operational support they deserve.

Arts, culture & performance

Venues, theatres and galleries that need operational support, or are planning something bigger than usual.

Whether you're scaling up a programme, launching a new season, or delivering a one-off event that demands everything goes right, we embed alongside your team and make it happen, without the stress landing on you.

Outdoor events

Large-scale outdoor operations are what we were built for.

From site planning and logistics to staffing, accreditation and on-the-ground delivery, we bring years of festival experience across some of the UK's most ambitious productions — and apply that same dedication to events of every scale.

Museums & Heritage

From temporary exhibitions to landmark anniversaries, we handle the operational complexity and content creation so your collection can reach the new audiences it deserves.

We work with heritage organisations who have extraordinary stories to tell — and need a delivery partner who can help tell them properly.

Public & Community

Local authority events, public celebrations and community-led programmes require a particular kind of operational sensitivity — and genuine commitment to the people they serve.

We deliver with care, precision and a deep respect for the communities at the centre of every project.

What we do

Lintel - Festival Production

Jess Gould is an event operations manager with over 15 years of experience at some of the UK's most ambitious independent festivals.

The skills that keep a 60,000-person festival running are exactly what ambitious smaller organisations need, and rarely have access to. Lintel exists to close that gap.

She works with a handpicked network of specialist freelancers and associates, bringing the right people to each project.

let’s make it happen

Got a vision but not enough hours? Let's talk.

We love a good brief, but we're just as happy with a half-formed idea and a deadline. Get in touch and let's see what's possible.

Children gathered around a plastic container outdoors, engaging in a sensory or craft activity on grassy ground, with some wearing colorful clothing and accessories.
